Shipping Policy

At THERMOSHIFT, we offer free worldwide shipping. The price you pay at checkout includes shipping and applicable taxes. You will not be charged additional shipping or tax fees to receive your order.

Processing and Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed, we will prepare your order within 3 business days.

After dispatch, your order will be delivered within 9 business days.

The total processing and delivery time is up to 12 business days from payment confirmation. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and applicable public holidays.

The delivery date applicable to your order will be provided before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to countries and addresses available for selection at checkout.

If checkout does not accept a particular destination or address, we cannot accept an order for that location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email the available tracking information to the address provided at checkout.

Please check that your email address and delivery details are correct when placing your order.

Address Corrections

If you notice an error in your delivery address or contact information, email zdrop004@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your order number.

We will try to make the correction before dispatch. Changes may no longer be possible once the package is in transit. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders

If your order does not arrive within the stated delivery period, is lost, or arrives damaged, contact zdrop004@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.

If the package or product is damaged, please include photos where reasonably available to help us investigate.

We will review the situation and provide the replacement, refund, or other remedy required by applicable consumer law. Contacting the carrier does not replace our responsibility to resolve your claim where we are legally responsible.
